The login to this system is by username or contact number. The username can be retrieved in 4 ways: 1 - Look in RetailVista for the contact number displayed after your login name in the right corner of the screen. Use this contact number to login. If no contact number is displayed, ask your RetailVista administrator to synchronize RetailVista once with our support system. Thereafter a number should appear when you login to RetailVista again. 2 - When you have an email address assigned to your account, you can choose for the username recovery link below. You can also login with that email address, instead of the assigned username. 3- By contacting your RetailVista administrator. He or she can login to this website and have a look at all users for the company you are part of and give you the username again. 4 - By contacting our supportdesk.
